Strata is an all-day casual dining restaurant/café and is the place to meet and dine together and with the city skyline as your backdrop, you will be able to savour every moment with your colleagues, friends, or that special someone.

CAFÉ AREA: Guests can enjoy light snacks throughout the day, along with Lavazza espresso coffees, Ronnefeldt teas, fresh juices and smoothies, milk shakes and of course our signature range of carefully crafted cocktails, unique to our venues.

HIGHEST TEA: Available from 2:30pm-5:00pm daily, Afternoon Tea at Strata (Saigon’s “Highest Tea”) is a return to the high tea tradition as we faithfully recreate the typical British high society experience for guests to enjoy. Our Highest Tea features a full range of premium Ronnefeldt teas.

EXECUTIVE BOUTIQUE BUFFET: Enjoy the tastes of our Vietnamese and international boutique buffet; available daily for lunch and dinner and our new signature weekend champagne brunch. Our buffet focus is on a small range of high quality offerings, using fresh local ingredients.

PRIVATE DINING/MEETING ROOMS: Our three private rooms have been designed with flexibility in mind. Adjustable wall partitions allow various configurations (3 rooms, 2 rooms or one large room) for your next business meeting, seminar, private dining/party or cocktail function.  All meeting rooms have modern conference facilities (Wi-Fi, video conferencing, wireless projector system, etc.), and a range of room set-ups are available; from meeting room set-up for 8-30 seats, seminar set-up for up to 40 people; to a cocktail party for 100+.
