Our motto has always been to hand select the finest ingredients when making crêpes, pancakes and other house specialties. The majority of these ingredients are imported directly from France, including our buckwheat flour, cheese, creme, smoked salmon, salted butter, mustard, chestnut creme, whipped cream and jam.

When combined with the best local fruits, vegetables, fish and spices we are able to create the perfect combination of traditional Breton recipes and bring you the finest from our region.

At La Crêperie we make everything in-house including our salted caramel butter, dark chocolate and our delicious fish soup! You can experience all of these fantastic dishes with a glass of imported Val De Rance or Kerné cider, we’re the only ones in Vietnam who have it.

So if you ever happen to be in Saigon, Shanghai or Hong Kong and want to escape from the big city for just a moment, remember to keep an eye out for the lighthouse which marks La Crêperie. It’s the symbol from Breton that will always bring you comfort and well being!
